Preparation and Scheduling

This past week in ISM, I finished up my last interview assessment. Despite already conducting five interviews, I have realized that I would like the opportunity to conduct more interviews and speak with more professionals before coming to a final conclusion about mentorship. I would like the added research each of these interviews give me and the added like skills I gain from meeting with these amazing career-minded and dedicated individuals. Therefore, I have started contacting people again in order to set up more interviews. I have not had much luck yet but will continue trying. Getting to speak with these professionals was something I loved and very much miss, now that I have not had an interview in a while. Moreover, soon in class I have to give a research presentation over all that I have learned this year. As a result, I have also spent much of this week forming an outline and preparing for this presentation. It is extremely difficult to try to condense an entire 12 weeks worth of information into around six minute, meaningful presentations, but I have been able to pick and choose the important pieces versus not. Overall, I will continue to try to find more professionals to interview and will work diligently on the process of presenting my research.
