New Ideas

This week, I worked a lot on the process behind my original work. I started off the week with research assessment eight. In this research assessment, I analyzed two articles that were both about market research. This is because this is what I first need to pay attention to while I am starting my original work. Both these two articles focused on different aspects of marketing research. One discussed the primary research aspect more in depth, while another focused on the secondary research aspect more in depth. After finishing my research assessment, the other thing I did this week was gain a focus based on my discussion with my ISM teacher. I was having trouble with my original work because I could not find a small company for which I could create a marketing plan. However, she gave me many ideas that might point me in the right direction. One idea was to talk to teachers who might know people or who might even own their own companies outside of school. This gave me the idea to talk to one of my teachers who teaches business classes and has his own company outside of school. I will be sure to follow up on this idea for my original work.
